Who do I contact to apply for an American Express Merchant Account?

The merchant would need to apply directly to Amex by calling their call centre on: (011 6678173) and telling them the following:

• You want to enable Amex credit card transactions on your web site and give them your website details.
• Your Credit Service Provider is Adumo Online and the integration of our payment gateway is in process. 

Amex Call Centre will give you a tracking reference number.

If you have any problems with their service, please contact one of the  Service Managers on 011 6688131 or 011 6678129.

Once they have issued your Amex merchant ID, please advise Adumo Online to associate Amex to your application.
