First log into the console here.
Add a User
- In the top menu click on Users.
- Click on the Add button at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the users details and click Save.
- Under the Access column tick the boxes relevant to what areas of the console you want the user to have access
- Click on the green arrow under the permission column to set specific user permissions
- Select which applications the user can access using the green arrows.
- Tick the None, View or Full permissions next to the Left Hand Menus.
- If limits are applicable, enter user limits.
- Click on the Update” button.
Edit a User
A users access and permissions can be edited by an administrator or a user that has been given user edit rights by an administrator.
How to Edit a Users Profile
- In the top menu click on Users.
- Click on the Edit user icon next to the user you want to edit.
- Enter updated information.
- Click on the Save button.
How to Edit a Users Permissions
- In the top menu click on Users.
- Click on the Edit icon under user permissions next to the user you want to edit.
- Under the Access column tick the boxes relevant to what areas of the console you want the user to have access
- Click on the green arrow under the permission column to set specific user permissions
- Select which applications the user can access using the green arrows.
- Tick the None, View or Full permissions next to the Left Hand Menus.
- If limits are applicable, enter user limits.
- Click on the Update button.
Delete a User
Only an administrator or a user that has been given delete rights by an administrator can delete a user. Once a user is deleted, their user profile will be deleted from the system.
How to Delete a User
- In the top menu click on Users.
- Click on the Delete icon next to the user you want to delete.
