My Account (Top Menu)

Within My Account you can view your Company Details, Invoices, Statements and Event History.

How to Find My Account

1. In the top menu click on “My Account”

 My Account / Company Details

 The company details page lists your company details that Adumo Online has loaded.  In the event you want to update your details you will need to email Adumo Online with your updated company information.

Adumo Online Account / Event History

In this section you can view actions and changes performed by a particular user within the web console.

How to View Event History

1. In the top menu click on “My Account”
2. In the left hand menu click on “Event History”
3. Select your date range
4. Refine your search (optional)
   1. Category – This is a specific area of the web console.
   2. Section – This is a specific section of the category chosen.
   3. User – This is the user that you want to search on
5. Click the “Search” button

 My Account / Integration Details

In this section you can view all applications loaded to your account.  Your merchant id and application id/s are displayed here.

How to View Integration Details

1. In the top menu click on “My Account”
2. In the left hand menu click on “Integration Details”
