Your merchant bank is responsible for the transfer of funds, once you have settled / performed a refund, the transaction usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to reflect in your bank account. For international cards or if the amount is above R5000 it can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account. A refund on a specific transaction will take between 7 and 10 working days.
Firstly please make sure that you have settled all transactions in your Adumo Online Web Console:
- Click On Payment Gateway
- Click on Manage Transactions
- Click On Settle Transactions
- Enter your date range and select your application and then click search
- All of the transactions that need to be settled will be displayed
- Tick the boxes on the far right hand side for the transactions that you would like to settle and click on Proceed at the bottom.
- Refunds and Settlements are done by your merchant bank, Adumo Online has no access to your merchant account whatsoever.
If you have settled the affected transactions and you have not yet been paid out, you would need to Contact Your Bank’s Merchant services department directly:

What info will I need to give to bank?
- Merchant ID – This can be viewed in the “My Account” section in the web console under integration details.
- Transaction date and time
- Transaction Value
Note: Please make sure the bank issues you with a reference number so they you can track your query.
